Celebrate Earth Day with a behind-the-scenes look at how YOU can save the planet, one meal at a time.

Be part of the change as you eat dinner prepared by Meredith College students, watch the world premier of a new Wildly Good Cook video and live cooking demonstration featuring best-selling author Linda Watson, and get tips for creating your own exciting, useful career.

Keys to a Wildly Wonderful Career. Learn how to leverage skills you already have to transform your career. Get more exciting opportunities in your field or move to thrilling new field. Linda Watson, author of the best-selling book Wildly Affordable Organic and co-creator of the Wildly Good Cook videos, will share how she turned an English degree and a sense of adventure into a career that let her write procedures, lead programmers, develop games, run a company, change the world, and cook up a storm. Find out how these experiences plus studying improv at Dirty South Comedy and makeup at the Bobbi Brown counter led to a collaboration with the Food and Nutrition Program at Meredith College.

Enjoy a Wildly Affordable Organic dinner, made as part of a project to encourage middle schoolers to choose more nutritious and appealing meals. Dinner features Harvest Lasagna and Cuban Black Beans on Rice tested by a team of Meredith College nutrition students. Learn how cafeteria cooks at the Mansfield Middle School in Storrs, Connecticut used these recipes to serve 300 students lunch on March 6th--and what the kids thought of these hearty, flavorful choices. See the new month-long menu that helps parents choose healthy, easy dinners from Wildly Affordable Organic which complement lunches served at school.

View the world's first public film screening of Seasonal Vegetables and Saucy Sauces, the third video in the Wildly Good Cook series.

Stay for dessert. After the film, Linda will do a live cooking demonstration of Strawberry Shortcake using the key concepts in the video.
